How to Deposit

Find "Assets" and select "Deposit" on the top right-hand corner of your page and select the coin you want to deposit.
Select the desired coin on the "Coin" option (if available please select Chain Name), the deposit address and QR code will display, then you can deposit the coin to this address.
The coins supported by BitYard for deposit are: USDT（USDT-Erc20, USDT-Trc20, BSC）, BTC, ETH, XRP, TRX, EOS, DOGE, LINK, CRV,USDC,BUSD.

Tips:

Please strictly follow the displayed coin's address to deposit, otherwise, the deposit assets may be lost.
Cryptocurrency deposit requires network node confirmation. Different currencies require different confirmation times. The confirmation time is generally 10 minutes to 60 minutes, Details are as follows:

The deposit address may be changed. Please confirm the deposit address on the deposit page beforehand.

How to Withdraw

Find "Assets" and select “Withdraw” on the top right-hand corner of your page and select the coin you want to withdraw.
Detail steps :
(1) Coin: Select the coin you want to withdraw; if available please select Chain Name.

(2) Manage Address: If you already add your withdraw address you can directly type the label of your address on the box. If you haven't added your deposit address, please click the "Manage Address" and you will be direct to this page.

(2-1) Steps :
a. Select coin you want to add; if available please select Chain Name
b. Enter the address correctly
c. Enter the wallet's label
d. After finished, press Confirm

(3) Amount: Check the availability of coins you have and enter the amount correctly

(4) PIN: Enter your PIN, if you haven't set it, please set it first

(5) After finished, please click "Confirm"
The daily withdrawal limit will vary depending on the selected coins and whether KYC has been completed.
The withdrawal service hours are 9:00-21:00 Singapore time.
